I had a hard reset and now one issue is that every email I send from my office computer now goes to the phone and shows I sent it. THis is both annoying and will drain my battery quicker. How can I cut this off so that I only get notifications of emails I receive?

Try this:

1) Go to Messages.
2) Click on the Blackberry button and select Options.
3) Select Email Settings
4) Set Confirm Delivery: to "No"

Confirm Delivery, Confirm Read and Send Read Receipts all say no and still I get the emails that I am sending from the office computer

Ok, well, then that did not work. If I reply to an email from the blackberry, it returns to me as though I sent it from my office. If i send or reply to an email from the office computer, it comes to the blackberry. It used to not do this before the hard reset
