Default Os 464

First problem I have encountered with this OS is that the keypad lock button which is "A" on the keyboard takes you to standby mode instead of locking the keypad. Any idea with anyone what's this and why its happening?

That change was included in OS v5.
Lots and lots of postings about it. Nothing we (or you) can do...

Default V 464

I didn't encounter this problem in previous version of 5th series. Why now? And what is the remedy for this?

TT - a few weeks ago you barely knew how to spell BlackBerry. Now you spell it correctly at least half the time. You are in NO POSITION to tell someone to Suck It Up.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought adding a device password would re-enable the locking function.
