I just connected my Bold via Bluetooth to my friend's Storm and now I can get Verizon's 1XEV network on my Bold.

AT&T won't charge you, but T-Mobile may. You need to contact T-Mobile. But why would you want to roam if you have a T-Mobile signal? You're not getting 3G.

Ok, so I just swapped out SIM cards and selected manual and then AT&T 3G. After it connects, it says "Manual Mode - Emergency Calls Only". End of discussion.
