Hello,

I'm kindda new to BES and to the forum as well, so i don't know if i'm at the right place, but anyway hehe

I'm currently looking for a CRM software. I saw Siebel had a good one, but i need something compatible with BES as well.

So, how do i know or rexognize which software will be compatible with BES ? There are a bunch of CRM softwares available on the market, and i need something to go along with BES since it's already installed here.

i think Salesforce.com has a BB client too
