What was the message? On the BlackBerry or on the computer?

What do you mean EXACTLY by can't connect?

For example, if the message referred to allowing mass storage mode and you said no and don't ask again, then go into options on the device and adjust the settings for mass storage mode and save.

If it was something else, you need to explain exactly what you are talking about.

When you say it can't connect, do you mean you're computer doesn't recognize it, or when you plug it in, nothing happens on your bb.

I just plugged mine in for the first time to my computer and the only message that came up that had the "do not show this message again" didn't affect anything, because I always click do not show this message again.
