Hi, I've had my BlackBerry a week now and my App World still isn't working, whenever i go onto it I add my details correctly ect. and it all goes through fine but takes me to a page where I can only edit my password etc. Help please? I thought I'd rather ask on here then phoning up and going over my contract!! Thankyou x
Is it a specific BB data plan? Call your carrier and find out. You need a BB data plan to access RIM services such as email, the BB browser and App World.
If you have it, have the carrier resend the service books and do a battery pull.
