So i'm looking around, and i can't seem to activate visual voicemail on my 9700. On the app it says on web2go that i can't do it for some reason. I can't find an option on my.tmobile either. Can anyone help me activate my visual voicemail?

I can't speak for TM but on AT&T I couldn't find it either so I called Customer Service.

They enabled it on my account (it's a free option on my plan) and stepped me through setting it up while I was on the phone - even left me a test voice mail and called me back after I had seen it to make sure I had no more questions about how it worked.

You need a BlackBerry data plan for this. Then call T-Mobile and see if they can enable it on your account.

Mas90guru has the right idea. It wouldn't work directly from my device, so I had to log on to mytmobile.com and activate it.

So i've looked around, found the option, still didn't activate it. I have the Blackberry Unlimited Web plan and all. I called T-Mobile and they couldn't do anything without talking to the admin of the accounts (my father)...so i'll have to wait i guess. Annoying. it should just work, its a free service.

That is odd. Once I activated mine it just started working.
