Hey guys,

I have sucessfully installed google talk v2, but i cant find an icon anywhere to open it! I went to the mobile.blackberry.com site and tried to re-download it, but the site said I already had it... Why is there no icon to open it?!

Is it hidden or placed in a folder?

Did you reboot the BlackBerry after installation? (Remove the battery and replace to reboot).

You should be able to check if it downloaded properly in your applications list. If you have a full keyboarded device, you can hit 'G'from the homescreen as this is the shortcut.

You will also have to make sure that under Phone>options>general you have dial from homescreen set to no.

I had the same problem. Tried rebooting, still no icon.

I'm having the same problem....except it only happens when I'm using the T-Mobile Zen theme, which is my favorite.

Any ideas on what the problem could be.....anyone???

Found Google Talk!! It is under an icon labeled Instant Messaging......but I don't want it there I want it to stand alone.......help!
