can someone tell me how to reset the password on my Blackberry.
My bb ask me to change my pswd but I do not know how.
If I enter a new pswd, I receive error saying invalid login and if I try 10 times, everything is erase. Is this a normal process or what? This is realy bugging me, I lose all my info.

It the default security built into all BB, only option is to enter incorrect the device will wipe and reset. Restore from you last sync, you do back don't you?

When you say backup, do you mean to sync my BB. If yes, I do every day or so, if not then how to

To reset the password - first enter the Device using the current password.
From main screen:
Options => Security => (click in wheel)Change Password
enter the new password (following your IT policy for password standards)
then verify.

Wiping the handheld will allow you to select a new password but as you noted, will also erase your data.
