Default Why can't I log in?

Please Login to Remove!

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, I am new here and haven't been able to find it anywhere.

I have a Tour 9630 and when I go to my browser and try to log in to different web pages (such as my school account) I cannot log in. It generally will just re-load the log in page... Is there any way to fix this? It is quite frustrating when I need to look something up and am away from an actual computer.

Thank you.

Try this, as a test: Point your blackberry browser to http://wap.blackberryforums.com. Can you log in?

. . . If you can log into the mobile blackberry forums site, then I suspect the problem is the page you are trying to log into in combination with the blackberry browser, or whichever browser you are using. In that case, try a different browser, i.e. Opera Mini or Bolt.

If you can't log into the mobile blackberryforums site, try clearing your browser cache, history and cookies. Do a hard reset as well. Then try again. If you are then able to log in, then try your other site.

A hard reset is a battery pull. With the power on, remove the battery for 30 to 60 seconds.

Probably before going to the trouble of downloading a third party browser right now, go ahead and try clearing cache and cookies and a battery pull first. Then maybe try another browser if that doesn't work.
