Default VZW BBM not working?

I have Verizon Wireless and since last night mine nor my daughters BBM works....does anyone know if it is a Blackberry problem or VZW problem?

Did you try a battery pull? That is the first thing you should do when you run into an issue on a BB. After that, 90% of the time, it works. If not, there may be an outage in your area. Try the battery pull first.

I did do a battery pull...sorry I forgot to make that note....so far it has made no difference!
