Post "error backing up database"

Please Login to Remove!

why do i get this message whenever i try to back up using DM?? btw for what its worth I can do a backup at home on that pc (which is slower and much older)

Try running memory cleaner and then try to back up with DM again.

i had the same problem, it's likely some cache files in your browser. go into browser options > cache operations and delete all three. then try the backup.

Same problem here... was a problem with my browser cache... only had to clear "pushed content"... worked fine then...

what do you mean cleared your pushed content?? i still cannot get it to back up even on home pc now

getting same message again, anyone know why? clearing browser cache isnt getting it done.

Go into the Advanced option on Backup/Restore.

Select "Browser Data Cache" and press the Clear button.

Then try the backup.
