I have users that when they are invited (via Outlook) for a calendar event they are not receiving the notification on their Blackberry device. They are able to send/receive all other emails, and they have other calendar events showing in their respective calendars, but new invites are not being sent to their Blackberry devices. Any advice?

i had the same problem.

My problem was i had just switched out the user to a new laptop and they had all the outlook info cached. I made a new .OST file and that fixed the problem.

I'm not familiar with the whole switching of the .OST file. Could you explain?
