I have my phone's time set to the correct time zone. The clock is right. The times that show up next to sent texts and emails are right. However whenever i get a calendar invite via email, the times are always off by -7 hours. The emails are being sent by a person in my timezone, using an email server in my timezone, that I know has the correct time on it.

Any ideas?

The likely cause is the timezone set on their computer or they are setting a strange time zone on their appointments. My suggestion would be to walk them through the same series of checks you did on their computer/portable device.

All the checks have been verified. Last year when all of this DST stuff started the patch was loaded onto the server (as required), but it seems that now (since Sunday/Monday) whenever a user sends an invite from their BB with the correct time, it shows up an hour later in the users Outlook. And in some cases, users are not getting the invite on their BB.

Please help!

I forget what the KB article number is, but it's so common that it's been a recorded message on the TSupport line for over a year (IIRC, it's regarding BES in an Exchange 2003 SP2 environment)

Try loading the DST patch on the BB...

I have the DST patch loaded on my BB and it doesn't need to be loaded on some of the newer devices but it is still have the same problem. Is this something that will eventually correct itself when the time change does take effect this upcoming weekend?
