Hi all

maybe I'm one of the few who has relied on PIN messaging (for security reasons) between my BB colleagues. Well this seems to have gone in BB10 and I'm really finding its lack a deal breaker (no I don't want to use BBM as threading doesn't exist.)

any chance that Blackberry coders will bring this back for us dedicated users? any change of a third party implementation?

BBM is threaded. It's chat, and chat programs are, by nature, threaded.

I don't think that's the question - PIN to PIN messaging (not BBM) is gone.
No idea why it isn't in there.

yep, I know BBM is threaded but you can only have one thread with each individual at a time and not several about different topics

seems an omission for what was a USP for some of us

Only the good people in Waterloo would know. Of course they also feel that no one is doing USB sync anymore. And that's causing quite the row.
