Any ideas on what to do if that doesn't work? When I try the link above, I get a message stating "Your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Windows Live Messenger." I have an 8310 from AT&T. I have only had it a week, so there shouldn't be anything wrong with it. I think I have the latest software update, but don't know how to check that.
