Default video issue new BB owner needs help

Hi guys I just got my new BB 9630 from Bell and I have notice a problem with my Video Recording Feature, the recoding app some times hang on a black screen and it will not do anything, and if i get it to work the video does not play properly it will play the sound and about 2 to 3 sec of the clip then the picture will freeze and the sound will still go on, and when it comes to the end of the clip the video will start to movie again with no sound. any help is appreciated.

This may sound crazy but have you tried re-loading the handheld software?

no how do I do that as i am very newbie at the berry any help would be good thanks.

Note: The Software Platform and Applications version numbers can be found under Options-About screen on the handheld.

1. Download the above OS file to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded.
2. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
3. Plug in BB and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

The process takes about 45 minutes to an hour depending on how much data you have to backup and restore during the process. Once it's done loading the new OS it will reboot (it may do this twice during the entire process.) You will see a white screen with an hourglass for up to 20 minutes at a time while the AppLoader says "waiting for initialization."
If, for some reason, you end up with a white screen with small icons and the number 507, simply connect to the PC again and run Loader.exe again and it should load the OS to the device.

Before you try to reload the software, I'd suggest getting more familiar with the device. Also, first thing to try for almost all problems is a battery pull. With BB powered ON, remove battery for at least 30 seconds and replace.
