Default Apps Not Appearing After Install

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have successfully installed a couple of Storm compatible apps today. Ater soft reboot via battery pull they continue to not show up. In "options" advanced options, "applications", they show up but no screen icon and no way to launch said applications.

I'm running the latest firm ware.

Any suggestions to get these working?

Thanks

Check your download file. They should be there. You can move them out onto your screen.

From the main screen, hit the menu key twice and select options. Whichever folder is selected for "Set Download Folder" should be the place where you'll be able to find any recently installed apps.

Be sure to scroll to the top and bottom of your download folder, it may be at the top or bottom of the list of icons. Look for a little blue arrow on the top left or bottom left when viewing folders, this tells you there are more icons than what's being displayed.
