Default Sent messages displayed in my Inbox as Received

Please Login to Remove!

I have one 8700 device running with BES and we have Domino in our backend. For some messages that I am replying to, I can see those messages in my Inbox as received and sent by me, but I am not included in the To, CC, or BCC fields. I have checked the mail database on my server and those messages are not in my Inbox.

We already tried wiping the information out on the device and I am still experiencing this issue. I appreciate if somebody knows the solution for this problem.

Thank you in advance.

In the message folder go to Options, General Options, Hide Sent Messages . . . change that field to yes. That should remove your sent messages.

Or, check your desktop manager, and under folder redirection, uncheck sent mail. That will keep the messages from ever being put on your BB.

I, for one, prefer to get them and hide them, in case I need them.

Question Settings are to Yes in Hide Sent Folder

I changed the settings to Hide Sent and Filed Messages to Yes, however this is mail that I sent and it is showing as New Mail that I received. It is confusing.

Please let me know if you have any other ideas. Thank you.

Go w/Pizzle's idea as it does sound like a redirector issue.
