Hi All;

I have this mistery the emails come in, I can see them in the notifications bar.
But if I go to the messages inbox the emails are not there.

Tried looking if any filter is on, going throuh options did a battery pull, pressed "alt, right shift, del" and nothing still only in notification bar.

Anyone had this problem, I did find some threads with similar issue but none seemd to have a solution.

If you have more than one e-mail account, it may be possible that the mail is not showing in your Messages icon, but rather showing up in your individual account folder.
Have you tried Mark Prior read? If so, then the message will not be found in your 'messages' folder, it may be received somehwere else on your device.

I had tried all these suggestions on my Torch 9850. The only thing that gets rid of the notification is removing the battery. I have 3 mail addresses coming to my phone, and it seems that the one coming from the enterprise server is the culprit. But marking all as read , or deleting prior never resolves the issue.....
