Finally seen the light and moving from Nokia to BB but struggling to find a way to import contacts from the Lumia 800, which although a Windows phone, won't sync with Outlook ()

As you can imagine, the Nokia forums are as much use as a chocolate fireguard so wondered if anyone has previously transferred from a windows phone?

You can try syncing your contacts to a Gmail account and then syncing gmail contacts to your BlackBerry device.

Grrrrrr...

Set up a gmail account but there is no setting or action on the stupid Nokia phone to sync the contacts.

Even tried to sync the contacts with another old Nokia that will then allow me to sync with outlook, but the Lumia only imports contacts!!

You need to download and install Google sync on the Nokia. Check Google to see if it is available for your device.

Once you transfer, install the BB version on the BB and set it to sync to google.

Can't seem to find a compatible version of Google Sync for the Lumia.

Much like most of the applications - they don't work on this handset.
Still amazed that a Windows phone doesn't sync with Outlook!

Will the Nokia export to csv?

Sadly not, I saw that GMail accepts CSV but tbh the only options in the Nokia are around receiving contacts.

Weirdly there seems to be some sync with Windows Live but only some of the contacts.

This might be the best option, then fill in the blanks manually...
