This is the message I started receiving yesterday afternoon while trying to access the Internet with my BB7290. Today, I noticed that it also will not switch from GSM to GPRS like it did 2 days ago. So...I am not able to receive or send emails on my device either.

I called the customer service line and asked if there was a problem with the towers in my area. She looked it up, and said she didn't see where any problems had been notd. She recommended turning the device off and on again to see if it will pick up the GPRS signal, and promptly hung up after asking if I had any other questions. I said no, so she hung up. Tried powering down the unit, and then back up.. no luck. Still on GSM.

Can someone shed some light on what the deal is?? I am getting ready to head out of town on vacation, and NEED my BB to be operational!!

Thanks!
