BB PIN and Messenger outage 12 Feb

Seems Rogers ? Blackberry messenger is not working at this moment. I have confirmed this on 3 different ? Blackberry. 2 on bis and one on bes. Surprised no one else has posted anything on this.

Rogers - toronto bb pin not working
ROGERS pinning (pin to pin)not working montreal and toronto
Been down at least 30mins, 1:51 was last successful transmission
tried from 3 different devices and accounts.

BB Messenger Malfunctioning
My BB Messenger won't send messages while receiving is intermittent and its also returning an unreachable status for all of my contacts. I resent service books and did a soft reset using the program (not battery pull). Any ideas?
I am trying to have a BB Messenger argument with my wife and if enough time lapses without a response she will technically get the last word. I can't have that happen.
All other communications seem to be working fine.

AT&T BBM or PIN non functional in Central Ohio since 2:10PM ET. Only GPRS showing on phone, since battery pull 30 minutes ago.

Bbm is somewhat working now. Not sure if its intermittent, but managed to get a couple conversations in... Slow though, maybe the system is trying to catch up.

I'm in Puerto Rico and I don't had any Issues with local users but I tried to sent messages to people outside the Island and I couldn't
Now BBM is working but sending is really slow.
