I have 2 Yahoo, 1 Gmail and outlook email set up on my BB. Everything worked great until one day I changed the password to one of my Yahoo account. I stopped receiving emails on my BB for that account.

How do I reset the password on my BB for that Yahoo account? Or is there something else I should do?

Login to your BIS account and edit the settings for the yahoo account. Type in the new passwork and save. It should validate. If not mails comes then log back in a resend the service books!

Not a dumb question at all! The following is a step-by-step instruction on getting your email back in business. In your case I think its just update the password.

The link for your BIS account is listed in the link. Just pick your carrier and click.

Your account name is the email name "account " contained in this address.

I did that and it didn't work for me. I only did it once, but will try to resend it an let you know.

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. I logged into my BIS account on T-Mobile.com and deleted my addresses for Yahoo that I had...then re-added them and resent my service books.

If you are successful in getting the email back you will notice that the Yahoo pushed mail will have its own Icon with the Yahoo logo..pretty cool eh?
