Oops, just saw that you wanted it for the storm, sorry not sure on that one. Doesn't the storm keypad have an alt key?

Just go ahead and dial the number exactly as you see it, when you get to a letter, just hold down the alt key and the BlackBerry will convert the letter to the required numbers.

Just so you know, while you hold down the alt key, the letters will still be displayed until you initial dialing.

Unless I'm mis-understanding your question, you just use the normal dial pad.
Each letter has an associated number.
For example, if you need A, B or C, you use the 2
1-800-ASK-COMCAST
1-800-275-2662

There is no alt key in the storm. Do as RoyVoy advised.

Hmm,

I'm in Minnesota now... have you tried dialing 1-800-ASK-COMCAST as 1-800-275-2662? Let's just say that to post it here would be a bit inappropriate.

LMAO. Check what letters are 2662 when you use the 2nd letter of 2 and the 3rd letter of 6.

The issue here is that there is no such number 1-800-ASK-Comcast. The correct number is 1-800-COMCAST.
So.. the Storm is dialing correctly... the (ASK COMCAST) number is simply not a Comcast number...
.. dial 1-800-COMCAST on the Storm dialpad and you will get them. For any alpha numeric... just dial it.

There are a few examples in this thread why people who don't have a particular model (Storm in this case) or are not very familiar with the model being discussed should not give advice. As stated, the Storm has a regular phone pad (same features as plain old flip phones) for dialing and thus there is no need to use the Alt key as with other BBs.
