I am on a unlocked 9530 on ATT. I was wondering how do i change the email signature when i send emails.

Oh I read that. The thing is I am using a verizon bb storm in att network. Even thogh I go into att bis and delete the signature u still get a signature saying "sent from verizon blackberry" when I send emails

Did you do it this way as Jason114 directed?:

Email. Options. Email Settings. (make sure you toggle to the appropriate 'message services' listing. You know you will have it when you see these words: 'Use Auto Signature'.) If you see that; either toggle it to 'no' or... leave it at 'yes' then edit your sig inside the box.

If memory serves, the only place to change/create an auto signature for a BIS account is on the web site. It cannot be done on the handheld. Log in to BIS account and select edit for each of your e-mail accounts and clear the signature field. I am sure that a search fro autosignature will yield results.

2. Go to setup
3. Go to e mail settings
4. Click on your existing e mail account.
5. Choose the edit pen on the bottom left of your screen.
6. Under General Options, move down to signatures: and enter your customized signature.

Simple as that.

Thank you for posting instructions that worked on my Storm 2 on Verizon BIS.

To the rest of you who kept repeating the "Email. Options. Email Settings." That didn't work on my Storm 2 on Verizon on BIS. It does work on my Tour on Verizon on BES and, IIRC, it worked on my 8900 on TMO on BIS but it does not on my Storm 2. Not sure if the difference is the device or the BIS/BES or what.

I turned mine off at the BIS. I then grabbed the device and went into Auto Text and created a new word. So, when I type the assigned letters the information is replaced by the information I chose for my auto signature.
