Hello,

Is it crucial to install the same version of Domino on the new BES? Has anyone tried different versions? I don't want to buy an older version of Domino "Messaging" server. Currently I am running Domino 5.08 and BES 4.0.

I have'nt heard of any issue in using a different Domino Version.
However ,if you are doing a cut over ,there should not be an issue with liscencing ,hence no need to buy any software.

Application Server.
However if the other server is being decomissioned then...why bother?
