Hello, i'm new to this forum. i'm from Belgium, and a BB user for 1 year now.

Last month my BBerry was in repair and they did some kind of formatting the divice, when i go to Blackerry Desktop, i can't delete any languages any more. The only apps that appear on the screen are the apps from the app world site, all apps as facebook, twitter, sync music etc don't show.

Now, i accidently deleted the original "Social Feeds" app, but obviously i can't put it back because it's not on the desktop screen.

Is there a way to get the desktop showing the original apps? I already deleted the software from my pc and put it back, but that won't help

You need to connect the BlackBerry to the desktop software running on a computer. Are you saying you have done that and can't add/remove apps on the BlackBerry? If so, are you getting any error message? What happens? What do you observe.

If you have not used the desktop software, do so. You will be able to remove unwanted languages and add the bundled apps that were removed.

I connected the BBerry to the computer, but all i get to see as apps are the downloaded ones from app world. Languages and such are not shown. missing also, docs to go and such. All changed after repairing.

There may be a simpler fix, but I would use the desktop software to force a clean reinstallation of the device software. Do a full backup manually first, just in case something goes wrong. See the following:

By the way, what is this "repair" to which you refer? What was done?

Ok, that worked out very fine!
I did an update of the software on the device and all languages apps are visible again

The repair concerned the device constant being blocked. Had to wait for several minutes sometimes.
Startup took about 5 minutes. Also, the memory was constant full, i was asked to remove languages all the time, in the end there were no apps left to use

Excellent. Glad it is working now.

Be careful about the apps you install, and watch your free memory. And do frequent backups. But if you run into problems and nothing else work, you know what to do now, if you have to.
