my apologies in advance if this is already a posted subject but I can't find jack about it.
When I use the Tour browser, I get a pop up window, highlight box when I scroll over links. It's annoying and I don't know how or if I can even disable it. Anyone know what I am talking about or know how to disable this feature?
For instance, on the wells fargo page I scroll over the box to type in my username or password and a box pops up on the screen, enter username, or enter password. On other pages it will reference the link you are rolling over.
Regular ol BB browser. It's in page view. Here's an example... On this page, place your cursor over the word 'permalink' in upper right corner. A box pops up saying, 'Link to this post'. Very annoying.
I have it with Blackberry browser and the Firefox browser option they have. Yep wondered if I have some setting somewhere to turn that off but I can't find anything. Dang
I've seen that too. Check in the browser options, browser configuration, and try changing the javascript options to see if that makes a difference.
It's something like what's called Alt Text on a web page.
Edit... I tried changing different options and it did not get rid of the alt text. It may have to do with the code on the web page and not the BlackBerry settings.
