Default Not Recognizing Media Card

Please Login to Remove!

I just installed pocketmac software 4.1, and while trying to put music on found that it is not reading my 8gb sd card. Ive tried syncing, messing with the mass storage mode support option....

I have an 8800 that i previously was using desktop manager on vista with.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Same problem here. I have a new 8820 with 4.2 operating software and 4.6 Desktop manager. When I open the desktop software it loads the Roxio software to manager the media transfer. It shows the 8 gig chip but it doesn't allow you to select it. Had no problem when I just had a 2 gig chip. I have to pull the chip out and insert it into the adapter it came with and insert that into my usb card reader and manually copy music to the chip. The phone sees everything I copied to it so it must be in the desktop software of the Roxio part of the program.

You should be to copy files threw Windows Explorer.. My Computer -> Media Card and just copy the songs you want threw that it might be faster then using the Media Manager.

I believe the media sync for the mac is in the works.. I saw an article for it a while back...BerryReview, CB.com, one of those.

You may want to check over in the Mac Users forums... Once I can sync a BlackBerry to a Mac I'll be getting one myself lol.
