If you installed from AppWorld, you probably have to remove via the Appworld client applicaiton.

Is the theory behind this similar to a service book when installed from AppWorld? Just curious.

Dunno, but I had an app that I installed from Appworld, and was unable to remove until I went into the Appworld client and selected "remove" from there.

I removed mine by going into applications, highlighting Link-In and selecting Delete from the menu. No problems encountered

The LinkedIn and Facebook apps actually work nicely - just don't integrate them with your core BlackBerry address book & calendar. We've seen this recently with client's smartphones, so just did a Blog post on the issues: http (colon) slash-slash bit.ly/b3P738
