I'm looking to get rid of my 8900, not here but on eBay or a pawn shop. It's a T-Mo 8900 with moderate scratching on the casing only. It works perfectly and the screen is in perfect condition. It is not unlocked. How much could I get for it at a) a pawn shop, b) eBay? Thanks!

Try to sell it here in the classified and depending on the scratches it might be worth in the low 200's? What are you getting?

I got mine directly from T-mob and paid 149.99 plus s$h and taxes. Which is why I didn't try to buy it from Ebay

I can no longer afford unlimited internet and text, which makes it nearly useless for me. I'm using a cheap flip phone and don't see myself using my BB until I secure a good job again. I'm wondering how much unlocking it would improve its value, and how much it costs to have it unlocked? I got an unlock code for my old 8300 for about 20 bucks, is that the going rate for these also?

The unlock code will increase the value of the phone as much it costs to get the unlock code since these codes are easily available (within minutes) from various sources for about $12 to $20.
