Please Login to Remove!

The Curve series (83xx) has outsold the iPhone for Quarter 1 of 2009. The iPhone picked up 2nd place in smartphone sales, followed by BlackBerry's Storm, Pearl, and finally, the Android-powered G1.

Curve Outsells iPhone!

Not very hard when you consider the Curve is available on every carrier vs the iphone's single carrier.

Or, put another way, all those BlackBerry users had to find a carrier, while AT&T scored record quarters because EVERYONE ON THE STINKIN' PLANET knew where to find an iPhone. They just followed the herd to the meadow of the Death Star!

ArgonNJ, isn't there an iPhone forum for you to haunt?

The Herd. I kid you not!

BTW, when I entered the search term "iPhone herd" into Google, here was the number one result, proving that the herd had it easier to find an iPhone than people looking for a Curve!

The iPhone meadow.

And the number 4 result, right on Apple's own forum. I'm posting this one just for you ArgonNJ. Note the third post, and then note that no one denies it! That is just soooo cool! Bah, bah!!!

They even know they're the herd!

And just in case there is any doubt about Apple users being herded sheep, here is the shepherd himself.

The shepherd displaying what his customers are like.

Sorry Argon, it's the wrong dimensions for you to use as wallpaper, but I did find you this.

Hope you like it.

Well, in that case, here ya go! Something special for an iPhone troll in a BlackBerry forum!

Darth's iPhone wallpaper.

and...

After Verizon got done with them!

You know ArgonNJ, I used to own an HTC PPC6800. I used to both post and follow threads at a couple of Windows Mobile sites. Now I have a BlackBerry and I post here. I feel no need to go troll the WinMo forums to justify my BlackBerry ownership.

I'm hardly a troll. Maybe when you've been here awhile and have a few more posts you can pass judgment on me, until then you may want to just keep it to yourself.

If you are not a troll, then stop trolling! I just call them as I see them, and so far, my only interaction with you has been in two threads where you beat the iPhone drum.

I could probably hang out in WinMo forums and do something likewise, but life is too short.

Yes, that's because I don't have to waste my time trolling on boards for phones that I no longer use! Funny how that works, eh? You should try it sometime. I'm sure that the fanboy club over at the Apple forums would be far more responsive to your plight.

Respectfully asking that we stay on topic, and keep the personal comments off the thread. Thanks.

You didn't get the word? In 2012, RIM gets bought up by Skynet. BlackBerrys with red eyes take over the world!

It will be interesting to see, especially in light of the upcoming 3Gs release. Many may opt to wait for that.

EDIT: This could also backfire on AT&T as many who couldn't afford the iPhone now take advantage of it, not taking fully into account the two year data plan charges.
