Default Java problem

I did alittle searching and couldn't find anything to help me out on this one.
Can anyone help me out with this? I am trying to remotely access my alarm
system through my BB. I can log on to the website, but when I try
and launch the keypad I get the following screens.

Here are my settings for Java:

Here is the screen where I launch my keypad:

Here is the mssg I receive right after the launch:

and here is the mssg I receive after entering yes:

Now, when I follow that Java link, it explains that you cannot download
Java for mobile internet and that I should contact my service provider?
Any ides guys?

Is this home alarm system supposed to be compatible with mobile devices and BlackBerrys? Some thing just don't work on BlackBerrys.

It's still fairly a new product and the sales rep that gave me the
beta test panel, which is not even available to the public yet,
says that it will work on the BB. I only hooked it up last night
and he says he has to look into my problem with my BB so I
decided to try out the BB forums in the meanwhile. Here is the homepage
of for the product.

So it looks like it should work with mobile devices. Right now I am receiving
SMS texts and emails to my BB when the alarm trips, but I just can't
remote access the system due to the Java issue?

What is your browser emulation mode? Try Microsoft IE, or try all of them and see if one works. If that doesn't help, hopefully someone else will have answers for you.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that, but I tried every emulation mode.
A few of them wouldn't even allow me to log on to the website
to begin with. I'm currently using mobile IE though.
