Default Storm With No Mms Or Web Browser

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have a BlackBerry Storm on Metro Pcs, and I have been using MMS and the Internet. I update the software on my PC and my BlackBerry Storm yesterday and now my MMS has disappeared. I am only left with SMS and both my Metro PCs WAP, and the Browser have also disappeared. I do I get them back?

Thanks

Mark

You need to re-send the service books.

Thanks Flugzeit,

I cannot even do that, because I don't have the "Setup Email" Icon under SetUP.

I don't have the "Globe with the yellow arrow" ICON.

I don't have the WAP "Metro Pcs" Icon.

The SMS and MMS icon is replaced by a SMS only Icon.
