I have a bold, took all the proper steps to set up the contact sync with oulook, but after doing the sync and opened outlook, no contact is shown. Any ideas. By the way have done it with and without mass storage activated

Do you want to sync from outlook to your device or device to outlook or both?

Both, set up to do it with outlook, after sync there are no contacts in outlook, even though did the sync and count the contacts correctly

If you want to do both thats a two way sync, you have to have the same contacts in your bold and in outlook to do that or it will mess up. I'm guessing you want your bold contacts in outlook or vice versa. To do that, go to sync options, select either outlook to bold (if your contacts are in outlook and want them in the bold) or bold to outlook (if you want your bold contacts in outlook), then after that finishes, select both.
