i did made an exchange with someone and he gave me this bb 9000 bold. It has install on it o2 sistem. How do i change this ? any suggestions ? what do i loose if I install another version of windows ? do i loose contacts ? how do i save them so i can put them back after i install the new window ?

Blackberry's don't run windows.
You cannot change the startup boot image (of O2) regardless of the OS you install.
The OS is not "carrier branded" and so, it doesn't matter what OS version you install.
