Dear Experts,
kindly guide me how to transfer all data or specific data such as contacts sms etc from my blackberry bold 97xx series to my new blackberry Priv.

please reply asap.

Blackberry.com offers an app that will allow you to do a backup and restore to a new phone.

Two are available LINK and Desktop Manager for older phones.
LINK for the new phones will do it.
