i would believe it why not start working on the 2nd gen verison of the phone. hell i think they plan to release it end of year or early next year. by the time demand for the iPhone starts to go down they come out with a newer better verison to replace it and take over the industry again. look at the iPod how often they come out with a new generation iPod.
