I have a blackberry storm that i unlocked too use for tmobile. i used to have a blackberry untill i broke it, my question is how do i recover tht bbm because this phone has some one elses stuff on it

Please update your profile to include the BB model number and not the name. There are several different Storms out there, 9500, 9520, 9530, 9550 and all are a bit different.

its a 9550 and i mean that it has someone elses bbm profile not mine, and i would like to have mine instead and my old pin...and if i do reset it i do not need to worry about it being unlocked?

Can't have your old PIN. They are unique to each device and cannot be changed.

Once unlocked, always unlocked.

Use the "wipe" feature to remove all of the old data. Make sure the person you got the device from has canceled their BIS account, otherwise you will keep receiving their data once you enable the BB data plan.
