Default Missingsync & iTunes/iPhoto Sync

Please Login to Remove!

Dear all Blackberry masters

Would you all be kind to tell me what did I do wrong in my case ... I just got my BB Bold and choose Missingsync over Pocketmac to sync with my Mac. It works flawlessly :o) until ... when I set to sync with my playlist. Though music and photos are not real priority for me, it would be nice if they all can work. But it seems the problems is not on the MissingSync side.

I notice when I plugged my BB with my Mac, there are 2 image mounting as if there are 2 hard drives. Blackberry 1 & 2. Blackberry 1 represents the device as it shown 1Gb (850 something kb) of data capacity and #2 is the MicroSDHC card.
The issues are:

1. When the MissingSync tried to sync the Pictures & Playlists into the Blackberry, its always failed. They try to send them to BB #1 instead of BB#2, which is in fact the right destination for them. I may be able to do it manually. I have 8Gb SanDisk Ultra MicroSD and the total size of both Music playlists and Photos are less than 2 Gb. I also did not see any options on MissingSync to where should I save the Pictures or music (e.g.: Handheld/Device or Media Card/MicroSD)

2. The main hassle is this one: I can't eject BB #1. No problem for ejecting BB #2. I have to restart my Mac everytime and as soon as everything is loaded up, I have to be quick to eject or it would be stuck again and I have to do all over again (restarting my Mac)

The Mediacard is set on as default. Do my homework before I finally have to write this matter ... maybe I miss it somewhere?

Thank you so much for taking time reading this ...

Have you tried contacting Mark Space's tech support?

I have not for this case. I would think, the answer comes faster here. I have two (2) un-answered tickets and I'll try to send this one as the third one. Thanks

Updates

MarkSpace support staff, Christopher, had contacted me and we are still working to resolve the situation. He apologized for not responding on my first two tickets. Well, we all are human being, no one is perfect :o) so no worries about that

Back to the real issues:
It seems there is compatibility issue between Tiger and Leopard.
According to Chris, there is supposedly only one mounting disk, not two (when the SD card is inserted and the device is connected to the computer)
It is not happening with my 2 computers (Powerbook G4 & Powermac G5) running on Tiger
The problem is solved when connected with my MacBook Air running on Leopard

Does anyone with similar system has the same issue? Your feedback is appreciated. Thank you
