I have an unlocked tmobile 9700, and I am using an ATT sim card. I removed some entries from the service book without backing up first, and now I cannot use SMS or MMS.

Could you upload your backup file of the original complete service book? Or send it to . Thank you very much.

Just call ATT and have them resend.

Sms is not a service book. Mms is however

And SMS is a function of the phone, not data, so you also need to make sure ATT has SMS on your account.

Thank you all. I could use SMS at the beginning of March, but not now. I thought it was because I deleted too many entries from the service book
