Hello,

Could I please get some help as to how to re-install my blackberry OS? I have an AT&T 8310 and a Mac with the desktop software. Since the BB is up to date, I can't find any options to re-install the OS. (several reasons I need to do this... including connection issues, etc, already tried everything... SIM Ok, soft, hard resets did not fix it.)

What problem are you trying to solve by reinstalling the OS? Maybe we can help.

Find a friend with a PC or set up a windows instance using Parallels or VMWare. The OS is an executable file which cannot run on a Mac.
