Default Is the 9800 64GB MicroSDHC compatitable?!

Please Login to Remove!

(Note: Edited after noting that what is out is SCXC not SCHC)

Wondering if the 9800 can work with the new 64GB MicroSCXC?!?

Amazon.com: Kingmax 64GB MicroSDXC Micro SDXC Class 6 Memory Card with SD Adapter and Komputerbay High Speed USB Reader: Electronics

Can anyone give me an "Absolutely!" ?

Nevermind, please delete this thread, am now seeing that there are currently no smartphones of any brand out yet that are compatible with these cards.

Well, actually that does not appear to be true. See this article, among others:

AndroidNZ: Sandisk 64GB Micro SDXC cards confirmed WORKING in Galaxy S II, HTC Sensation, Galaxy S [UPDATE: Working in ASUS Transformer too]

The guy who performed those Android tests posted below and says, "They need reformatting to Fat32 in the device itself, but after that it works fine. Works in my Galaxy S on Froyo, SGSII, and my stock HTC Sensation - I suspect it will work in most SDHC compatible devices.

Accessory Sandisk 64GB micro SDXC cards - confirmed working in several Androids

So - I can't speak for the 9800 or any other BB, but it looks like there's a good chance it might - if someone wants to spend the $200 or more to get one and test!

Cool, thanks Dallas Flier!

But I'm gonna wait for someone to actually try it on their Torch (or BB) before getting one -- but can't wait cause my 32GB is getting there (with 4000 musical tracks)!
