Question "Unread Messages" icon not displaying correctly

Please Login to Remove!

My unread messages icon is not working properly.

Up until yesterday, it kept displaying 1 unread/un-opened, not that has grown to 4.
I've cleared my desktop/gmail/sms screens, and also disabled and re-enabled this feature but I cannot figure out what's wrong.

Thoughts?

I would first go in to the service books and register your phone. That should do the trick. When all else fails, do a battery pull.

Thanks Koki, that did it!
Looks like you have to click on the missed call, which turns the icon from yellow to white, and it clears the unread msgs. icon.

Again, thanks for the tip.

Just figured out what happened...
I've deployed the "Desktop" icon workaround to our devices (done in BES), which segregates business email.

Before, they would go to the "catch all" folder which I've since hidden, (that folder groups together all messages including phone calls, so whenever I used to "mark all as read", it would also clear the call log, which now has to be done manually.

Thanks again,
Paul
