Please don't double post. Your question was answered in your first post.

Welcome to the forum.

In regards to your question, I am unsure. U said you got access to the net and could use your browser and set up your work account but not your personal.

If that is true, you have a data plan. I am assuming the phone wasn't provided by your company. If so, they may have restriction on the phone, that prohibit you from adding additional email accounts.

If you are on a BIS phone, you can generally have up to 10 different email accounts. Most of the devices today are pretty simple to set up, just use the wizard.

For me with AT&T, you have phone plan and BB plan, the BB plan is a $30 add-on that gives you all the capabilities beyond a basic phone.

Good Luck.

Hi,

I do observed this issue, having only the BES account creation option even though purchased for my personnel & not got it from the company.

I then went back to my Carrier and asked for the replacement simcard and activated the Blackberry service and checked found the BIS option was available to configure.
