I recommend the on from RIM, the leather pouch (may not be available yet). The OEM sleeves are OK, they're fake leather I think, but the true embossed leather ones are much nicer, fit better too. Some people won't put up with taking it out of the case to use it/answer it every time and some people prefer to protect the phone and screen (almost) totally. The Seidio units protect the sides/back only so you need a good screen protector, the RIM pouches don't really need a screen protector unless you're OC that is.
