Try this. If you don't have it, go to blackberry.com and download the latest version of Desktop Manager (aka Desktop Software). Install it on the computer.
Start Desktop Manager and connect the blackberry. If you have a password set on the blackberry, you'll be prompted to enter it. If the blackberry is locked, you'll need to unlock it.
Run the module for adding applications. You will see a screen that lists all the applications. Some will be checked, others not. You will want to check password keeper. Do same for others you want, and uncheck what you don't want. Then finish. And don't unplug or turn off anything until it is done.
Then do a selective restore of password keeper from your backup.
