Default can not acces mobile.blackberry.com

Please Login to Remove!

when I try to access the mobile site at mobile.blackberry.com the site seem to not recognize the browser and throws out the following page:
"The BlackBerry HELP! website is designed for use with the BlackBerry browser. Learn more about BlackBerry here. For more information about BlackBerry visit BlackBerry. Copyright © 2008 Research In Motion Limited, unless otherwise noted."


any ideas why?

im using the BB browser.

Options > Browser Config > make sure Browser Identification is set to Blackberry

If you are using wifi, you have to use the hotspot browser.

Try a battery pull, if that doesn't work, call your carrier, maybe its on their end.

I aggree with above. Call carrier for tech support and shit. Most likley its on their end somehow. I am out of device ideas.

If anyone has any new ideas, I'd appreciate it.

i am using hotspot browser, i have a wireless router at home and i'm browsing an my BB Bold. Everything works, i can see every page i've tried, but i cannot acces mobile.blackberry.com. I was trying to download yahoo messenger for BB from that page...anyone knows another place i can get it. (btw, i found the link on this forum, when i was searching Y! messenger )

thanks alot!

i have no ideea what the "carrier" is. I have bought the BB from a good friend, and i'm giving it as a gift to someone. I don't think there are carriers in my coutry :">

Ok, My bad....about the carrier thing. I had no ideea what it means...sry.. translation issue :"> I live in Romania...we have Vodafone, Orange and Cosmote. Currently the phone is connected to Cosmote carrier.

is it possible for the carrier to have anything to do with the internet connection? when i was trying to conect to mobile.blackberry.com i had no sim card inserted. Just WiFi connection. ...

As an added info, I STILL cannot access the mentioned page.
I have 3G and WiFi, and I'm connected thru Cable & Wireless in Panama.
It seems to me it's about foreign countries users having issues.
I can access everything else just fine. It's only the mobile blackberry page.
