the one i got on the day they released them had it, but it gave me problems. exchanged it for the one i have now, this one has no wifi badge.

Default Titanium NO BADGE
Bought mine the day it was released, and I was the first one to purchase it from the store near my place.

Maybe the badges were only given to specific regions (ie. SW vs SE).
